Dr. Purcell achieved her credentials as a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist through the School of Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians which is affiliated with Colorado State University and the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association. This program is the oldest, longest running, college-based education program in acupuncture developed for veterinarians in North America and is the only veterinary medical acupuncture education program in the U.S. with a scientific, evidence based curriculum.
